How many times have you heard someone rich say, “Oh I don’t have Oprah money.” That always makes me laugh. (since when does 20 million not make you rich?) Never mind keeping up with the Jones’, now we have to try and keep up with Ms. Winfrey. Yeah right! Besides, in my opinion, success is so much more than trying to acquire ridiculously large sums of money. Nothing wrong with having the ambitions, but for me personally, obtaining “Oprah Money” is not my primary emphasis in life.
“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” - Herman Cain
It is such a gift to love what you do for a living. Something that we all have the capability to experience. When we’re able to stay still and quiet enough to ask ourselves what is it that gives us the most joy. What are some of the things that we’re passionate about , that could also be incorporated into a means to generate an income. You may or may not be able to step right into your dream career, but there are steps you can take to help you head in the right direction.
There are no doubt many out there who are completely miserable serving a life sentence in a job that they hate. I know for some, even the word “hate” is too mild. Years ago I did a lot of temp work in offices around Los Angeles before my career took off. I could see so many dear sweet people who felt trapped in a world they wanted no part of. You could see their light just fading away as they marked off the years till their retirements. Fortunately, I also worked in offices with people who absolutely enjoyed coming to work each day. Offices where the camaraderie made you look forward to coming back.
In most cases, I actually think people would be much better off leaving a bitterly stressful job that they greatly despise; for a less paying career in something that gave them a sense of pride and joy. I’m very well aware of the fact that that is easier said than done. One has to weigh the pros of the bigger check with the many cons that can have disastrous affects on your physical quality of life: high blood pressure, anxiety attacks, heart attacks, strokes, depression, insomnia. Even LIFE itself.
Often the best thing we can do for our sanity, is ”just say no.” Enough. If the life that you’re living is not even close to what you wanted your life to be, you can give yourself a Do Over. Remember that as a kid? If a game wasn’t going the way you wanted, you could just yell, “do over” and get another turn. LOL Okay, maybe it wasn’t the best example of fair play, but nonetheless, as an adult you get to say it whenever you want. Even if it’s just for a temporary basis. It’s Your Life after all. You get to have as many chapters and adventures as it takes to get to the happy climax.
Don’t be afraid to step out of an old hated routine, when there are countless new opportunities waiting to be had. Take the time to really check-in with your inner being. Give yourself a serious evaluation. Sometimes we have to delete some of the parts that have been holding us back in order to make room for our new upgrades.
Maybe consider finding a part time weekend job or volunteering in an area you were once, or are still passionate about. Use your imagination and don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
Money doesn’t make you happy; so find out what does, and go after it. Then you’ll be on your way to experiencing true success.
I certainly don’t want to give the impression that I’m some sort of monk or saint that doesn’t like material things. I’m a guy. We love our toys. I love my pretty Mercedes, but I love even more the fact that I acquired all of my possessions doing what I love. I know what it’s like to walk away from a sure thing that you hate, to go after a dream.
My hope is for you to always go for your dreams; and in doing so, find true happiness.
To your unwavering success.

It’s well known that cash can make people autonomous. But what to do if one doesn’t have cash? The one way only is to receive the mortgage loans and just consolidation loan.
